We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from us. You can return all items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased.

In case of defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. if reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly if the product is self shipped, and has not been dispatch from costumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.

In case of missing bank details, four weeks after refund initiation the customer will be granted points. However, if Bank details are provided the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within four weeks of refund initiation.

Some additional guidelines:

  • Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  • Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage.
  • Once your return received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
  • You can inform us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by contact us.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

 

What can I return?

 

You can return any products ordered from us within 7 days of delivery. In case of items with manufacturing defects, you can return products within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange the product after we have received it in our warehouse.

 

How can I return?

  • Please write to us from your registered email ID along with your order ID & registered phone number so that our customer service team may assist you.
  • In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images.
  • Fill out the return form shipped to you with the order, follow the instructions on the form and ship the products to us.

 

Note:

 

  1. In case you have opted to organize the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organize the pickup within 24-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.
  2. If your pin code is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
  3. Email us the tracking info so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
  4. The shipping charge is non-refundable.

 

How long will the entire process take?

 

It can take up to 10-15 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.

 

How will I be refunded for the return?

 

On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount would be credited to your account as a voucher or credit points. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on our website.
